Igor Gabal

President and CEO

Mr. Gabal has over 15 years of middle-market private equity investment
experience. That includes time spent dealing with mergers and acquisitions, debt and mezzanine financing, and trade finance strategy and implementation. Mr. Gabal founded Veroni in 2016 and is in charge of the Company’s strategic aspects of finance and operations. He also supervises Veroni’s compliance and logistics activities.

Tomasz Kotas

Co-Founder

Mr. Kotas grew up in the chocolate business, rising through the ranks of ZWC Milano. He started as a production employee, was subsequently promoted to exports manager, and finally named commercial manager. Mr. Kotas co-founded Veroni, and is helping to lead the Company through its nascent stage. Mr. Kotas is primed to take Veroni to its next phase in which the Company will experiencesubstantial growth and profitability.

Scott Frey

Advisor

Mr. Frey has more than 45 years of experience in the consumer-packaged
goods industry in Fortune 500, mid-sized and start-up companies. He has
hands-on experience operating in private, public and leveraged buyout (LBO) environments. He is a former member of the Board of Trustees for the National Confectioners Association (NCA), and was a member of the National Convenience Store Association (NACS), National Restaurant Association (NRA), and Private Label Manufacturers Association (PLMA).

Wendy Frey

Advisor

Mrs. Frey has more than 30 years of experience in corporate finance with 27 years in the consumer products industry in mid-sized companies. She has extensive experience in both public and private companies working alongside private equity and family ownership. She is committed to maximizing longterm shareholder value, ensuring a balanced portfolio of growth initiatives, and maintaining a high level of integrity and transparency.

In addition to Management, the Company has employed a highly skilled procurement and logistics manager responsible for the operations at Veroni.
Mrs. Appelhans has been a critical component of the Company since its inception. Finally, Veroni’s investor relations are managed by Tim Clemensen, an accomplished professional in the financial industry.

Mary Appelhans

Operations Manager -
Procurement and Logistics

Ms. Appelhans has over 20 years of supervisory and managerial experience within the customer service space. Ms. Appelhans is responsible for the complete sales order process, both domestic and import. Ms. Appelhans constantly interfaces with upper management on various issues as they arise to maximize profits and reduce errors.

Tim Clemensen

Investor Relations

Mr. Clemensen brings over 30 years of financial services experience with proven expertise in repositioning public and private companies in the investment arena, and in attracting key financial decision makers and Wall Street professionals. He piloted Elio Motors Inc., the first company to complete a Reg A+ crowd funding capital raise with subsequent listing onto the OTCQX. He was an Executive VP at Rubenstein Investor Relations, Inc for 13 years. Prior to that, he served as Managing Director of an international Investors Relation firm and Director of Investor Relations for MWW Strategic Communications, Inc. Prior to MWW, Mr. Clemensen implemented investor relations programs for public companies in the
wireless telecommunications industry and won Best OTC Stock of the Year from BusinessWeek for one of his clients.
